rush of clean air as it touches your petals. Each time you breathe deeply, imagine your Flower self growing taller and
taller untill you can touch the sky.
2---Close your eyes and focus on the colour yellow. Imagine yellow, healing energy in your stomach seeping into
your arms, your legs, your toes, your head, letting it wipe the negative energy away.
3---There are those who say that Sunflowers whisper when the wind rushes through them. Close your eyes and imagine what
